Yes, we include a fully refundable damage deposit fee with every physical camera shipment pack. This deposit simply protects the ecosystem assets and is completely credited back to your account statement once the cameras arrive safely back to our hub.
We expect plenty of standard wear-and-tear from an energetic party! The deposit is only impacted by unreturned items, severe water submersion, or a chassis casing that has been completely crushed or shattered.
